This page addresses of the most frequently asked questions we receive.
It is possible to share direct web links to territories. They appear as the QR code on the territory card, or as links such as:
https://www.territoryassistant.com/QRTerritory/Find/?QRGuid=aaaaaaaaa-1111-2222-3333-bbbbbbbbbbb
These links do not expire unless the territory is deleted.
It is possible that some qr codes created before the outage do not work anymore. They did not expire, it is related to the outage. Regenerating the territory should create a new qr and link, and the problem should be fixed.
Bucket - Territories can be added to a bucket to be used as a tool for accessing First Direct (formerly NLS) data contact for import into Territory Assistant.
Drawer - A window that appears from the right side of the page to provide quick access to Contacts and Territories.
Tags - Method for distinguishing and sorting territory types such as Business, Residential, Apartments or Letter.
- A congregation passcode is decided upon and added by the congregation to be shared with publishers to access territories by QR code
- It is a passcode that adds extra security so anyone not knowing the code is not able to access the territory
